“Stop Meditating!!!”

“Hey,I am not doing any meditation at all….”

“No, you are meditating every minute.”

“When a day starts, what happens in mind?”

My mind will think on Office, Action items for the day, Meeting with collegues, Reporting to boss etc…

So you mean to say continuously thinking about one thought…?

Yes.

Then Meditation is defined as “Continuously thinking about one Thought”

Hey, But I am also thinking on my family, friends, past happenings, future analysis,etc as well know….?

There you are, I said Meditation is continuously thinking about ONE THOUGHT, So every single day, you have multiple thoughts, and you are meditating on Multiple Thoughts.

STOP THAT MEDITATION!!!

START HEARTFULNESS MEDITATION!!!

But why meditation…?

Many people ask this question to the people who are Meditating regularly!

Most of the time- the answer is….

  1. Health reasons
  2. Spritiual Jargon (Terminology understood by people who knows the subject)
  3. General answer that it is Good.

 

The conversation gets closed and there is no further in-depth discussion to get awareness on WHY One should meditate and enabling him to Meditate.

In office Language,

Every aspect, be it a Job Profile or Machine is meant for saving Time, Cost & Effort.

May I ask why?

The answer is …

  2. To Leverage Productivity.
  3. To Grow Faster
  4. To beat the competitors

Isn’t?

Moreover, we invest time on New Technologies in our office work or Business to improve efficiency, Productivity, multi-tasking to ease our work.

Similarly, don’t you need a Technology for your own self ….?

While meditation, you go to a State-of-Mind were your mind gets Rest.

I take rest everyday by sleeping, don’t you think as rest..?

You take rest for your Physical Body, but what happens to your mind? It is still continuously thinking on Past, Present and Future which results in Dreams, Disturbed sleep, mood-swings, intolerance, anger etc…and your mind gets jammed in Traffic of Thoughts results in Delay in achieving your results on Time.

“OK, Now May I ask you something..?”

“What is the travel time from your House to Office…When you travel at 9AM?”

“1 Hour”

“Why?”

“Obviously Traffic…”

“Traffic!!! That Means..?”

When I am driving to my destination, there are lots of other people who drive to different destinations and that influences my driving, as a result

  1. I  get delayed ,
  2. Jammed between people & vehicles,
  3. Wait in signals

and as a result I am delayed to my destination, That’s Traffic.

“OK, But what happens when you start to office at 7AM…?”

“I will reach my office in 30 Minutes.”

“How?”

“Because there is no Traffic.”

Similarly, in life also you have a Goal to reach, but you have different traffic of thoughts on Past, present, future, unnecessary goals, small goals, temporary goals and as a result you struggle to attain your Permanent Goal.

Start Meditation,

  1. It will relax your Mind
  2. Relaxation will give Rest to Your Mind.
  3. Rest will give you freshness in your Mind.
  4. Freshness will give Clarity on Your Goal.
  5. Clarity will avoid traffic of unwanted Thoughts.
  6. When there is no Unwanted Thoughts, you will achieve your Goal.
